About

These are my stories and images captured from a lifestyle I am so passionate about living. Second best to being in the moment of exhilarating adventure, is sharing that experience with the world through writing and photography. To inspire. To captivate. Because life should be anything but mediocre.
The ocean well and truly took a piece of my heart, when I learnt to ride waves at 14 years old. I deeply value the fulfilling experiences of travel, over gathering material possessions.  I thrive to inspire female surfers to take a step out of their comfort zone and jump into the thrill of solo travel. Without boundaries or fears.
Follow my journey into the unknown where one thing will always remain the same. The deep trust for the path that I’m on. A wild dance with the eternal spirit.

Oh and an incredibly … Continue reading The power of the period

As I drove the same road to the office yet again, by the time I parked my car at work I had realised that I may as well have placed a blindfold across my eyes. I’ve become so accustomed to driving that same route for two years, that I felt I didn’t even appreciate the … Continue reading Pave the path to your dreams

Why I’ve switched to vegan protein

When I switched to brown rice/pea protein I nearly vomited at the taste. And to think that some vegan advocates can describe such a taste as earthy, as if to make it sound somewhat inviting. While it takes preparation time to make my new pre-gym vegan shake, I’ve found it all to be worth it … Continue reading Why I’ve switched to vegan protein
